Current Status

Claims Processing has been completed and the Court has approved the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to the claimants whose Proofs of Claim were accepted (the "Authorized Claimants").

On or about May 11, 2007 distributions were mailed to the Authorized Claimants. There were approximately 5,678 valid Proof of Claim forms submitted representing total Recognized Claims of approximately $73.6 million. The Net Settlement Fund available for distribution was approximately $34.8 million. Accordingly, each Authorized Claimant has been paid approximately 47% of his, her or its Recognized Claim.
